How to obtain makebelieve money

I have been suggesting Local Bitcoins for a long time but recently they have fallen due to regulations and other bullshit.

I think a good alternative would be either bisq.network or a physical Bitcoin ATM if you have one nearby.

Bisq only supports Bitcoin and you need to download their special wallet software to exchange fiat (real money) for Bitcoin (makebelieve money). The instructions shouldn't be too hard to follow.

Why not use Binance, Coinbase, or other centralized crap?

The whole ideology is to have an exchange of value that cannot be controlled by any government, business, or group of individuals. Some kind of machine that operates without any emotions or ethics, just a mere set of rules defined in code. No interruption, 24/7 available to anyone, without censorship.
